This extravagant Caribbean villa, named Mandalay, is positioned directly on the white sand beaches of the southern Caicos Banks.

Architect Ron Shore, who’s designed a number of beach properties in Turks and Caicos, created the extravagant, white-washed compound in 2012. Featured in numerous architectural publications, Mandalay received the World’s Best Property Award in 2017, and has also received several other awards, according to listing agent Ian Hurdle.

“The home is laid out in a unique pod design,” Hurdle said.
